What does a Pilates training gives you?

This body and mind method works from the inside out.


By identifying and strengthening the body’s deeper support system- the muscles of the torso, such as the abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles- you learn how to move efficiently.

So you develop an strong and stable torso – a center – then building upon this center to rebalance and realign the rest of the body.


All exercises are executed with an emphasis on body awareness, correct posture and quality of movement with support of controlled breathing.
